By accessing or using BotNinja ("the Service"), operated by Omika-AI ApS ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BotNinja is an AI-powered platform that enables users to build, test, and deploy Discord bots without coding. The Service includes an AI assistant, sandboxed development environments, bot hosting, and related tools.
You must sign in with a valid Discord account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
The Service uses a credit-based system. Free accounts receive a limited monthly credit allocation. Paid subscriptions provide additional credits, features, and hosting capabilities. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Credits expire at the end of each billing period unless purchased as top-ups. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You are solely responsible for the bots you create and the code generated through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to create bots that: violate Discord's Terms of Service, distribute malware or harmful content, engage in harassment or hate speech, violate intellectual property rights, perform unauthorized data collection, or engage in any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service uses AI models to generate code and assist with bot development. AI-generated output is provided "as is" without guarantees of correctness, security, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deployment.
Development sandboxes are temporary environments with time-limited sessions. Always-on hosting is provided to paid subscribers and is subject to fair use policies. We reserve the right to terminate or throttle sandboxes that consume excessive resources or are used for purposes unrelated to Discord bot development.
The BotNinja platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Omika-AI ApS. Code generated for your bots is yours to use, modify, and distribute. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the BotNinja platform itself.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, bot downtime, or issues with Discord integration.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your data and bots will be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
