Can I read or edit the Python code?

Yes. Every bot's source is visible in the dashboard. You can edit it directly, or describe a change to the agent and have it apply.

Does BotNinja work for private or NSFW servers?

We don't restrict based on server size or topic — but we do refuse to build bots that violate Discord's terms (mass DMs, scraping user data, evading moderation).

Do you see my Discord messages?

Only what your bot sees. Bots run in your own sandbox, not ours. The agent reads event logs to help you debug, but we don't ingest user content for training or analytics.

What happens if I cancel?

Your sandbox stays accessible for 30 days. Hosting slots turn off immediately. You can export the Python source at any time — you own the code.

How do I get a discount?

Reply to a BotNinja email (the Welcome series, an update, anything from @botninja.ai). Frederik or Jonathan reads every reply. If you report a bug or share real feedback, expect a discount code back — usually 10–40% depending on the issue.

I found a security issue.

Can I self-host my bot outside BotNinja?

Yes. Export the code, set up your own Discord application, and run it anywhere Python runs. Our hosting is a convenience, not a lock-in.
